Gerwin Geneugelijk & finding practical solutions

Anyone as a real estate professional who comes knocking to Gerwin for advice will always get a response. He makes it a sport to come up with a quick and practical solution, with a sharp eye for the interests of the client. In recent years, Gerwin has immersed himself in tenancy and administrative law. He gained a lot of experience and has assisted both owners and tenants. Both sides of real estate law therefore hold no secrets for him. Something that Gerwin’s clients fully benefit from when he brings another case to a successful conclusion.

Gerwin obtained his master’s degree at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, specializing in Private Law. During and after his studies, he worked for a small real estate law firm in Amsterdam for several years. Gerwin has been working at Hielkema & co since November 2022.
